Whinnie Williams is best known as Creative Director and co-founder of retro-inspired interior brand Poodle & Blonde.  Having established a reputation for designing aspirational, yet accessible prints including wallpaper, fabric and furnishings, each of Whinnie’s hand-drawn creations effortlessly combines her artistic talents. Her strong sense of styling encapsulates nostalgia, glamour, timeless design and originality alive - instantly transforming the spaces we live, work and play.

Whinnie has a unique approach to interior design, and designs rooms for her clients to feel like  " Movie stars in their own movie set". Her love of retro inspired interiors, sustainable vintage and second hand pieces are at the core of her designs. This refreshing approach has been seen as a ‘gamechanger’ within the industry,  however it was her personal renovation projects that first caught the attention of press and clients from around the world, most noticeably the transformation of her Victorian home in Margate which has been featured within prestigious media titles including Elle Decor and The Telegraph.

One of her most recent projects includes her new home project Follywood, in which she will be creating a Palm Springs surrealist home and playground in the Kent countryside.

Whinnie made her presenting debut on BBC Three’s renovation show ‘Flat Out Fabulous’ helping transform rental properties with her signature wow factor. Whinnie has recently joined interior legend Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen as a guest designer on Channel 4 Changing Rooms and presented on the new BBC 3 series ‘Hire Me’, giving advice to new designers trying to break into the industry.
