Whinnies latest home project is a late 50s bungalow, with a swimming pool and surrounding gardens located in the Kent woods. 

"Follywood" is the name created by Whinnie and her partners love for the victorian "follies" which were buildings constructed for their decorative and grand architectural features. Follies  became associated with their striking design, with little practical purpose. The bungalow and land will become a surreal blend of a playground, meets home. The ongoing project will turn into a Palm Springs inspired location and the interior will be brought back to its 50s glory days, with added glamour and a camp touch.

The bungalow is a new addition to Whinnie’s shoot locations, and plans include re-designing the pool house, creating a mini golf course, a mini cafe replacing the laundry room under the bungalow, a miniature pony, vegetable garden and a dose of retro, fun interiors. Work is commencing in 2024.
